1. Introduction

Welcome to Titans Elite Detailing. By accessing our website, booking services, or participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

2. Services

Titans Elite Detailing provides mobile car wash and detailing services across the UK. Service availability is subject to location, weather conditions, and vehicle type. You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our website or an authorised representative. Payments are accepted via major debit/credit cards or other approved payment methods. Payment is required before or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price. No-shows will not be refunded.

5. Customer Obligations

You must ensure:

  • Safe and legal access to your vehicle.

  • There is adequate space and access for detailing services to be performed.

  • Your vehicle is emptied of personal or valuable items (we are not liable for items left inside).

6. Liability

Titans Elite Detailing will take all reasonable care during our services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

  • Damage due to poor paintwork, corrosion, or aftermarket modifications.

  • Loss or damage due to extreme weather or unsafe working environments.

7. Referral Program

Our referral program rewards you for referring others to Titans Elite Detailing.

  • Each successful referral earns points added to your Referral Leaderboard.

  • Referrals are successful when the new client completes a paid service.

  • Participants must have a valid customer account to be eligible.

7.1 Leaderboard & Prizes

We maintain a live leaderboard tracking top referrers each month.

  • Top 10 referrers at the end of each calendar month will win cash prizes.

  • Cash prizes may vary monthly and will be announced on our website and social media.

  • Winners will be contacted directly and paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 days.

We reserve the right to disqualify any participants suspected of abuse, spam, or fraudulent referrals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Titans Elite Detailing and protected by UK copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
